How do I make a return?

To make a return submit your return request here with your email address and order number.

How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 5 days from the delivery date to submit your return request for store credit or exchange.

What items are returnable?

Most apparel is returnable within 5 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling.  Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items marked CLEARANCE or FINAL SALE
  • Accessories (i.e. sunglasses, jewelry, etc.)
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie/Tights
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
  • Shipping fees
  • Gift Certificates

Can I get my money back?

For all returns we issue store credit or exchanges only. Refunds are not available. 

Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE it cannot be returned.

Items marked 40% and higher off are final sale. This include any sale we have offering a discount 40% or higher even on new arrivals 

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
